Disneyland 2015

We had an absolutely fabulous trip to California! The first stop was an afternoon at the beach.  It was only about 60 degrees which is cool for a beach day but we all still had a great time:)
Sunday we attended church and then roamed around the beautiful New Port Beach Temple grounds:)
Monday was the start of our three day adventure in Disneyland.  Below is all the family.
The girls in their matching shirts.
Cinderella:)
Jungle Cruise:)
After a couple of rides the rain began and it just poured:(
We got soaked but after a change of shoes and socks and wet pants the rain stopped and the afternoon was dry and fun:)
The second day was filled with more fun.  Lots of rides and cousin and sibling interaction:)
Cars ride:)
Pirates:)
It was sad when the last day arrived but it was filled with more fun and the sun shone all day:)
The grandkids:)
The in laws:)
We were lucky to get to see cute Megan and her darling children.  An old friend from our Texas days.
Getting photo bombed by my oldest grandson:)
We took so many fun pictures there are just too many to share.  We had such a wonderful trip!  Lots of fun memories! Thanks family for sharing it with us:!!

I have to add how much we missed having little Ruby with us.  She was too young to be vaccinated for measles so she didn't get to come, but we were thinking of her and missing her. Love you Ruby:)

Eliza's 8th birthday and baptism:)

Our darling little Eliza turned 8 years old this month.  Below are a couple of  pictures of her on her birthday right before we left to get her birthday picture taken in her beautiful baptism dress.  She looked like a little princess.
Later that evening we had a fun little party for her with all those who live in our household.
Eliza's birthday was on a Thur. and the following Sat. she was baptized by her Grandpa. It was a special day for her and for our whole family. Below are pictures right before her baptism.  There was a very sweet spirit that was at her baptism.  Her Grandma Linda gave a prayer at it and her Aunt Annie gave the talk on Baptism and then her Grandfather baptized her.
Following the baptism all the family came to our house for a birthday party and baptism celebration for Eliza.  Below is a picture of Eliza with her birthday and baptism cake.
The whole family celebrating with Eliza.  It was a fun party and a special day!  We are so proud of you Eliza!
